Terms & conditions

  • 50% deposit is required before any work begins, to secure your project slot.
  • You will receive private preview videos in your client portal with timestamped comments for revisions.
  • Revisions are uploaded as new versions (v1, v2, v3…) within your project.
  • The final full-resolution file is unlocked only after the remaining 50% balance is paid.
  • Payment can be made by card or by bank transfer.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production starts.
